  The seller responded to my question about the size of the freezer packs promptly and accurately. He mailed the freezer packs soon after I ordered them. USPS decided to send the package from Chicago to Billings, MT instead of the closer Indianapolis, IN. It took USPS in Montana several days to figure out that my address is in Indiana. Both the seller and I followed the USPS fiasco. I highly recommend the seller. USPS, not so much.
