New Furman?

It came in a sealed box. Some of the wording on the back is slightly different than the ones displayed on authorized Furman merchants. Furman specifically says that they will not cover the warranty on these products that have been purchased via ebay. So, I'm a little concerned about my purchase now. Especially since it was a few hundred less than what the authorized merchants are selling it for. Is it really new? Is it refurbished? Or is it an older version? I really don't know.
