Samsung HW-MS650 Powered Home Theater Sound Bar 4K/HDR video passthrough Wi-Fi

MS650 soundbar

The HW-MS650 soundbar fails to connect to my AT&T U-Verse WIFI home router. This MS650 connected one time to my home WIFI router and I was able to play Pandora music on it and I believe that the MS650 firmware was updated online. The soundbar connects to my LG OLED 65B TV through a HDMI/ARC cable and the sound is really great. The MS650 powers up/down with the TV & the LG TV remote can control volume. The WIFI home router has 2.4GHz & 5GHz frequencies with a passcode. I have other devices connected to this router, IPAD, iPhone, Google Home, Chromecast, Cannon Printer, laptop WIN 10 PC. The MS650 is about 8’ from the router. The Samsung Multiroom APP is installed on the IPAD Mini 4 & iPhone 6. I have tried extensive trouble shooting with the MS650 over the last 6 days with telephone support with Samsung reps and nothing would work to connect the MS650 to WIFI. I believe that I should be able to play music on this MS650 soundbar over the WIFI network using Pandora of Spotify without using the TV and/or any other device connected by a cable. I was able to do this one time. I need to be able to connect the MS650 to my WIFI home network and enter the passcode and this passcode should remain with the MS650 powered off and then back on. If there are any configuration steps or procedures that I need to do I would also like these listed.
