Prep H for puffy eyelids

Years ago, I heard about use of Prep H by models (Miss America, etc.) as a treatment for puffy eyelids. However, all I found in the US never worked so I discounted it as a real treatment. Lately I ran across a "beauty" site which explained how Canadian Prep H had "Bio-Dyne" as an ingredient (long ago removed from US Prep H) and that was the magic treatment for my puffy eyes. I'be been using it a few weeks and can say it does help, to an extent. While I still have puffy eyes, upper and lower, there is a definite improvement. I will continue using it and plan on adding Lymphatic Massage, and Chinese acupressure in my quest for nice, not puffy, eyes. (I have always had puffy eyelids due to allergies, but this stuff does help when the puff is exacerbated due to salt, lack of sleep, alcohol, etc.) Plus, it arrived by the due date, and I was happy with the service.
