Replacing a Glowworm Micron Printed Circuit Board
This replacement Printed Circuit Board (PCB) was fairly straight forward to fit into my Glowworm Micron boiler. All the connectors were easy to remove from the burnt out PCB and easy to replace the new board once removed from the boiler. Fitting was a reversal of the removal process.
Tested that the boiler ignited before replacing the covers. Saved £££s by doing it myself.

GLOW WORM MICRON. FAN REPLACEMENT
This 50FF replacement was almost identical to the one I removed from the GLOW WORM MICRON boiler. Once I worked out how to remove the old broken fan assembly from the top of the boiler combustion block. Replacing the new fan was just a tricky removal and reasembly and is secured with 3 screws and two circlips. You may find you need to replace the old Jubillee clip that attaches the fan outlet manifold to the exaust manifold. This is not supplied with the Fan. So before you fit your new fan, make sure you have one 50-70mm Jubillee clip as a replacement. Whole job took me two hours and I am not a plumber, any competent DIYer can perform this replacement. Works perfectly and all dimensions were identical to the old unit. Great.
