Wonderful Product!
1 of 1 found this helpful I can't really say enough good things about this item. If you are considering a mid-range scanner, I would definitely recommend the Epson V500. After doing extensive research on a scanner to digitize a lifetime of photos and slides, I settled on this model due to the excellent product specs and the glowing customer reviews. I have never been an Epson product user and particularly disliked their printers. After using this scanner a few times, I quickly understood why it received such glowing reviews. The scanner has no warm up time, great color reproduction, and an excellent software package. I was particularly impressed with the color correction feature for older, faded photo prints. If you are considering a scanner purchase, you can not go wrong with the Epson V500.

My Experiences Using the Kodak Pro 8500 Thermal Printer
1 of 1 found this helpful Initially, after unpacking the printer, the Windows drivers loaded fine but the printer had an issue of not being able to print cyan. This is the last color in the printing process of this thermal printer. This was highly disappointing considering the seller said the printer was idle for some years and there were no guarantees. Fortunately, the seller was wonderful and gave me information that I needed to fix the printer. The printer's quality is outstanding and truly professional Even though this product is discontinued by Kodak, I would recommend this printer to anyone who wants a true, professional result.
