Aristocraft G scale 29200 couplers
Aristocraft G scale trains and products are highly regarded among G scale model railroaders. These knuckle couplers look and function well, and will couple with SOME other brands.
However, Aristocraft trains ceased production in 2012. While there have been some efforts to restart the line, as of now it is still out of production. Items such as these are useful only for model railroaders who already have Aristocraft G scale trains and are stocking up on repair parts to keep their trains running. If you are looking for a G scale knuckle coupler you are best advised to choose a brand still in production.

a view of the british narrow gauge scene in the mid 1950's
The title isn't "Welsh Narrow Gauge Album" it's "Narrow Gauge Album". It is an overview of the narrow gauge railroads of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Fans of British narrow gauge will enjoy the vintage photographs a number of which are new to me. The author's point of view reflects the fact that when the book was written and published several of the railroads covered were still in regular operation (on borrowed time) and the preservation movement only beginning. The histories of the individual lines are fairly brief summaries; Whitehouse left the more detailed accounts to other authors such as James Boyd.

Classic recipes for all ages
This cookbook is a classic. My wife has been using it for over fifty years. Her original copy was in tatters and we were thrilled to find it had been reissued. Other than an additional page commenting that some ingredients may no longer be available, it is an exact copy of the original. My wife plans to introduce her granddaughters to cooking using it.
