It's a suitcase
It's what I expected from Samsonite, a decent suitcase at a fair price. Latches seem ok and wheels seem to work fine.

well worth the money with shafts & bushing included..

Have it on 1/2" carpet, leaves indentations from wheels on chair, softer than I would prefer..
