Genuine part fits properly
This part fits properly without overhang and comes with the proper adhesive. Don't waste your time or money on aftermarket parts that don't fit.

Not worth your time.
This appears to be a knock-off of a Nikon original terminal cover. It looks like it is okay but doesn't fit properly and forms a "lump" on the bottom of the camera. It has a lot of flash at the mold line and looks to be misshapen. In short it isn't worth it and you may be disappointed with the way it fits your camera. If you need a new bottom terminal cover keep looking for the genuine Nikon item.

Genuine Part
This genuine part works perfectly. Screws in easily without grabbing and comes off when you need it to do so. Don't waste your time or money on after market parts particularly if you want to be able to put this on and off easily.
