Don't waste your time with the plastic version...

Easy to install
Be aware that in order to install this part:
1. The steering wheel needs to removed along with the top and bottom column covers
2. The base of this part is where the other three column mounted stalks mount to.
3. You remove them first then this part and replace in reverse order.
Sounds like a lot of work but once the steering wheel is removed, the whole job takes less than 20 mins if you take your time. Easy if you go in the right order.
