  Item took longer than I would have liked to be shipped out and the hardware was loose in the box. Almost lost a washer out of the bottom of box. Other than that, price was good, and everything arrived in good condition. Thank you.

  It came in a previously opened package. The screws were hard to locate as they were stuck under the cardboard from an open bag. It appears to be all there, I did get it installed and looks normal.

  Sorry about that. However they NEVER leave us previously opened. The shipping companies accidently open some boxed packages and will re-tape them. Thank you.
