The item was despatched quickly, but further tracking information a few days later showed that the parcel had been damaged beyond repair whilst in transit with the courier company , so it was unable to be delivered. I contacted the seller and received a very prompt, courteous and professional response. A replacement was sent out the same day , which arrived quickly and was very securely packaged.
