The tracking info indicated that the shipping label had been purchased, but it appeared as though the package was never mailed. Either that or it got lost in the mail. Sadly, as others have noted, the seller would not respond to my messages, so I guess I'll never get an explanation as to what happened or might've happened. Thankfully, he did issue a full refund. This is why I'm leaving a neutral review instead of negative feedback.

Great value
High quality products all around - The only down side was it seemed to be a little larger in the picture. However it is a decent size for most of what you will need to store.
