Ebay has become a place I wish I did not have to use to sell anymore. If you're not a a HUGE company, selling inferior products made in China, selling over 1,000 PER DAY, ebay doesnt want your business. Small sellers were the backbone on which this company was built, thrived and prospered. But now, small sellers are just a nuisance to them- just a number and a statistic they no longer want, no longer help, and quite frankly, don't care about us. You either FIT into their NEW huge business model, or you're out the door. If you ever have a claim regarding a return of an item that goes to ebay to decide the outcome, your account is DINGED, no matter what the outcome (even though it ALWAYS sides with the buyer),with no recourse. They have a SCRIPT in front of them, and they NEVER deviate from the "SCRIPT". Ebay wants ALL sellers to accept returns, and if you don't, they don't want your business(I got this info DIRECTLY from an eBAY SUPERVISOR this week!! How can they get away with this!!!
