  Terrible experience with this seller. I Added this item to my favourites, seller then sent me an offer for 30% off, which I accepted and bought the item. Seller sent me a message an hour later to say I hadn't paid postage - It was free on the listing!! How can I pay for something which is free?! Seller cancelled the order when I refused to pay the so - called "postage price." Avoid!! Seller updated the listing to include postage price after cancelling my order, making me out to be a liar.

  This is the first problem in over 21 years on Ebay. The offer did say that P&P wasn't included and the notes stated that P&P was extra and that it would be upgraded from 2nd class to 1st class with no additional charges. The item is £10 with P&P £3 and the 1st class cost is £3.30 Reducing the price to £7 with £3 P&P seems reasonable. A further reduction on £7 of £3.30 is not economically viable. Apologies that you were upset. COYS
