BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE
3 of 3 found this helpful I try my best not to write bad reviews. But buyer please beware. I bought this doll for a art project. Even though I wasn't happy with the dolls, I kept it to make Ooak dolls.
First of all, I thought I was buying authentic monster high dolls. For $40, I expected the real thing. Instead what I got was monster club.
Secondly, when I received the package, it smelled like strength acetone and cheep packing tape. The smell gave me an instant headache and took over the room. Then when I opened it up the box was damaged and that's when I saw that the package said monster club. Very disappointing.
The dolls smelled as well, but when out of the package it was a lot better and as time goes on I don't smell them at all.
Lastly, The dolls themselves have a few defects. One of the fingers is missing and the heads is cracked on one, the hair comes right out, the legs aren't smoothand there are sharp edges on both doll(it's not filed down correctly on the legs).
I would NOT recommend this item for children. As a preschool teacher of 25 years, it's not safe for kids because of the sharp edges. Oh and one more thing. You have to remove the head of the dolls to change clothing.
Its not worth $40. If you are doing Ooak dolls find them somewhere else for cheaper.

Great experience
I love the fact that they put it in the mail the within a few hours of me ordering it. And it took about two days to get. Would totally order from them again.
