A review of "The White Lady"
It provided a book I have been eagerly awaiting at a below-retail price, and the story was everything I imagined. "Maise Dobbs" has a new literary companion and I will be eagerly awaiting more stories.

Best cooking school in your kitchen
This book really does what it says it does. it teaches you how to cook, and for me most important it is a great resource for what to do when you have moved outside of your normal gamut. It gives you enough science to understand and go forward. I have one, I gave one to my grandson who is a cook in a small restaurant in a small town and to top it off a friend who is a caterer said she wanted one because sometimes strange things come up.
