It's 100% NOT a bootleg but it does seem like it could be a factory reject. Firstly the elbow joints are different lengths on both arms, neither match what they look like in reviewers videos. The accessories are also strange. Two left handed ice blasts that have different finishes to eachother. Two left dismembered feet instead of one left and one right. The blood pool effect also has a far worse paint job than the all videos i've seen from reviewers.
