  Seller engaged in deception. 19 days after pymt, item still not rcvd. Seller stated Item sent via USPS Priority, but says he lost receipt. However, USPS has no record that seller ever sent item via Priority & no  tracking info. Whether seller lost receipt or not, USPS would have record of Priority mailing, if In fact sent. Seller, then doubled down, repeating claim of lost receipt.  BOTTOM LINE - Item never arrived, simply because seller never sent it. Refund in progress.
