After looking all over the world and having a another brand ten years ago I had my wife bring this back from London on a trip. Someone should sell this in the US

Dangerous when used with Speedplay specific shoes
I previously used the prior generation Keep On Kovers made of a different material on my SpeedPlay light pedal set. They worked great with my old Shimano shoes. I finally upgraded to true SpeedPlay shoes from Lake which lets you attach the cleats directly to the soles.
The problem began as soon as I snapped them over the cleats. There is not enough space between the soles and the cleat for these to properly fit. They fit about 75% of the way around and then bulge out right where you clip your pedal in and out. Walking around in them is akward since you no lnger have a flat stable surface when you walk.
The largest problem and could cause you to fall is since the plastic keep on kovers imede a clean break from the pedals you could go to clip out and get cause in the rubber cover and have an embarrashing crash.
I have though about getting out an xacto knife and cutting apart the Kovers to see if I can get them flush but I think it will remove the band which provides tension to the cover and cause even more problems, or just plain fall off.
I would not recommend these for anyone using Speedplay specific model shoes, only use them with generic shoes that require the 3 hole to 4 hole base plate spacer.
