  Items arrived damaged; I immediately sent detailed info. + pics. and while the seller immediately processed a refund for the cost of the item, an escalation to ebay customer service was required for shipping reimbursement. Also, rather unexpected and worthy to note: the seller never apologized or communicated for status etc. In business, communication is everything. Nonetheless, due directly to ebay policies and high-standards for both buyers and sellers, all was resolved to my satisfaction.
