A perfect album

The person above who said that Heather Nova lacks creativity obviously wouldn't know creativity if it bit them in the ass. Heather is all about creativity! Her sound is like no other artist. Occasionally, you catch glimpses of some of her influences, but her lyrics are haunting, true, and heartfelt. Nothing will sooth you soul like a listen to "Valley Of Sound" from Siren, which coincidentally is what the song is about, how music can make you feel. One of my all-time favorite songs, "Winterblue" is also on this CD. "Make You Mine" is a demanding throwback that seems influenced by 70's Heart. I could go on about every track, but I have to say that this album is one of only 3 absolutely PERFECT albums that I have run across in my lifetime. The other two are Foreigner 4 and Toto IV. I will tell you that two of Heather's other albums, "Oyster" and "South" are also near perfection. I promise you she will not disappoint!

Amazing Bose sound, even outdoors

Have another one that I still use but after lots of camping trips for the last 15 years, it was pretty beat up and the sound quality had decreased. It's great to have a "like new" one again, sounds great! You cannot beat the Bose sound quality, crisp, and the bass does not get lost in the great outdoors.
