  Everything is as stated. There was some confusion as to the shipping method, due to the information was in another language. These people were responsive, patient , and willing to do do whatever it took to get my parts delivered! I had a great experience and highly recommend them! Thank you Ruby! A++ seller! Brand new motor and tranny mounts, great for the money, looks good, quality unknown as they have not been installed and used yet, but hopeful based on responsiveness of the company!

  The item came as described and works well, but it arrived 2 days later than the advertised delivery date, also, the tracking number didn't work which led to contacting the seller who responded quickly and was ready to refund/replace the item. Good ebayers, lousy delivery and tracking service.

  So I received my first part and it was just an empty box. I don't know if it was shipped that way or if the USPS messed it up. The box was taped together and not packaged well. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me out a replacement part. The quality of the part seems to be great for the money. It is substantially less that the factory part and it appears to be a quality part. It installed great and everything seems to work as it should. Thank you for the great customer service.

  2005 Hyundai Elantra steering knuckle assembly. Item arrived sooner than expected, we'll packaged and undamaged. I had to cancel the order and reorder as I provided the wrong delivery address. Ruby at customer service went beyond my expectations, to insure a seamless shopping experience. Quality item as well. Would definitely recommend shopping with these folks.
