Updated Healthy Verisions of Traditional Time Honored Favorites

Have several copies of this cookbook, starting back with my Mom's copy from 1966. This edition has many new versions of old favorites with updated health twists. Was really thrilled to get this copy.

Awesome Healthy Food, Easy and Quick

Bought this cookbook for a friend after she visited and raved about the Black Bean Chili. I have owned this book for many years, it was the cookbook that my daughter learned to cook with. Some of our favorites are the Black Bean Chili, Deep Dish Pizza, and Stroganoff. All recipes are quick,easy and healthy.
