  Seller sold me shoes that had been used but advertised "new in box". The shoes had scuffs and the insoles were worn. After taking the insoles out, I could see black turf pellets inside the shoes. I tried contacting the selling several times about rectifying the sitaution but they did not respond to any of my messages. I sent three messgaes and waited over a week to try and resolve. I would not have paid the amount I paid if I would have known they were used shoes.
