Nice box/remote. Easy to use.

Had to:
1. plug the device into a working ethernet port.
2. Press the red reset button.
3. Once you see the AT&T logo, press the red reset button again.
4. Do #3 about 5 times.
5. A message should appear with "System Updating"
6. Could take up to 30 minutes.
7. System should update normally now.
