Good for Fat tire Electric Bikes
Much more heavy duty than I expected. It holds 2 Big Fat Tire bikes. It folds back to open the tailgate but it would take some time to remove it completely because you have to use a long threaded bolt and a provided lock instead of a hitch pin. Much more secure and less wobble than with a pin.

Cheap for a reason
The handle is attached to the mechanism by 4 small screws. They lasted a couple weeks after installation, then pulled out of the pot-metal handle and the handle fell off.
The deadbolt part was okay.
