    Item came flat as a pancake with no damage to the bag it was in or the bubble wrap. Not sure how it could have been ruined in transit when there is no damage to the box bag or bubble wrap. From what i can tell it looks like this was not only described incorrectly but was also not an accurate photo posted. If it happened in transit

    I'm very sorry about the condition this piece arrived in. As we discussed after you received this item, the photo I posted was taken accurately and there was no damage to the item. The photo you showed me was not the item I shipped. I recommended that you contact the post office. I did offer to take it back but you declined.

Great, no plastic pod!
This is the only coffee pod I've found that doesn't use a plastic pod. These mesh "bag" type pods are easily degradable and there is no need to recycle. Why doesn't every coffee pod come this way?
