I really like Anker products, and will continue to buy them. But never again "Refurbished". These are simply used. The silicone set with the buds was used and dirty. Several long hairs were pinched under the ear wing set. The ear buds themselves were clean, but had a firmware version from several years ago. The buds and case all work well, and sounds great as expected. All functions work. But I would of at minimum expected everything be clean and updated if "certified refurbished".
