Settled stomach
2 of 2 found this helpful I feel a lot better since taking these. I take one on alternate days coupled with the occasional spoonful of Gaviscon and plenty of ginger/fruit/mint herbal teas .The other tablet I take in between is "spore-gone" which boosts the immune system and helps aid a healthy intestine. Works fine for me.
