  This item was advertised as "Free Shipping", so I bought it. It arrived at my local post office as "Postage Due", and I had to give the P.O. an additional $3.36 to get my item. The seller has refused to refund the $3.36 to me, in spite of my sending him photos of the shipping box marked ""Postage DUE $3.36". Beware of this buyer, he has earned his rating of only 85.7%.
