Paul Mckenna, Think yourself thin, and great relaxation time.
Just over half an hour in total, first part is explaining about this tape, what is can do for you, and the whys and how's of loosing weight. Part 2 is the therapy part. I found this extremely relaxing, his voice sounded clear and you were aware of what was going on around you even though you have your head phones on. Can I tell you I was hypnotized, well I don't know if I had been or not, But taking half an hour for 6 days in a row, listening to this cd, I was rewarded with a calm, relaxing chill-out time, that made me feel good. His words do pass through my mind a lot, whether it will help me to loose weight, I can not say for sure, but it has made me mindful of my food choices. So all round good experience I would say.
