Won a $1300 Pokemon card collection through a bid, but the experience with this eBay seller was disappointing. The packaging was terrible—cards in loose 9-page sleeves, no binder, minimal protection with just two layers of bubble wrap. Many cards weren't even sleeved and were not in the condition described. The package took over a month to arrive, prompting me to open an "item not received" case, only to face unnecessary grief from the seller claiming I hadn't waited long enough.

Buyer used fear mongering & threats in an attempt to receive a refund while the item was waiting at customs for several days for them to pay duty tax. One can’t help but question the motive behind this buyer’s actions as the “item not received” case was opened just 3 weeks into delivery & while tracking showed the item was waiting at customs.No cases were opened when package was received, & no photos were supplied to justify any claims in their feedback. Experience was avoidably melodramatic.
