Dan is amazing. For some reason FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address (note, this was FedEx’s error NOT the vendor’s). Dan pushed the matter vigorously with the shipper, which, in the age of automated “agents” and circular touch tone options is not an easy task. He managed to get FedEx to recognize THEIR error, retrieve the package from the wrong address (thank you to that person for not just putting it in the trash) and redeliver it to me. The item looks exactly like pictured.
