The best all weather action camera
The GoPro HERO 2 is the best all weather action camera because of its spherical lens with matching exo-case lens. Also with an easy to navigate menu, making this my favorite GoPro.
With the spherical lens rain, sleet, snow, mud and other debris shed right off. I prefer to have my GoPro's outside vehicles for better image and audio quality. With the newer GoPro's flat lens even just rain sticks right to the lens no matter the speed.
I started out with 1 HD HERO and traded up 6 weeks later (the HERO 2 was released). After getting a 2nd HERO 2 the HERO 3's were released. I traded up to a few combinations of the HERO 3's ending with 3 BLACK EDITIONS. When the 3+ came out I received 1 as a gift. Then when the HERO 4 came out I purchased 1 of the BLACK EDITIONS. A river then stole a HERO 3 from me and this HERO 2 is replacing that stolen HERO 3.
