Batteries
Two batteries, no voltage. All the other batteries,ok

it should of been tested at the factory
the voltage regulator did not work. I took the cover off and found a broken wire. It looked like it was broken when it was made. I found a old regulator from a friend. i Installed it and my charging problem was solved.
