DOA Policy/Refunds:
In order to qualify for a refund, you must send me a photo of the dead animals in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. Please note that once the package has arrived at your mailing address, the animals are YOUR responsibility! I cannot guarantee live arrival beyond this 2-hour window, especially if you live somewhere warm. Please schedule your day accordingly so that you can release the animals into an acclimation tank or container as soon as they arrive.
