Early days but seems to be working already
Okay..Day 1...since hanging these up in the trees ...no sign of the magpies..we are normally invaded on a daily basis. Despite popular opinion these magpies are a pest, they attack small song birds, eat their eggs and take over the garden....so far so good. We will move these around as recommended, but seem to be working already...

Great vintage train from an iconic British maker.
Really pleased with this... a reminder of when Britain could provide the best of engineering on anything from building large ships to micro engineering toys....have bought to
put away for my grandson... perhaps we will see it again on antiques roadshow in 2040 :-)
