  Item not packed properly(not padded well, box too small) & broke during shipping.Seller did respond but refused to take responsibility for his error,only offered 30% refund for a damaged piece I had no part in breaking,& he was rude, derogatorily calling me "pal."I had to open a case w eBay to get the full refund. I suppose if you buy something that arrives ok,you'll be happy w seller,but not if it's damaged. Lacks professionalism & business skills: HE should seek redress from shipper NOT buyer!
