Great product at an amazing price

I needed to move files between my existing USB drives and the laptop, and have a place to store everything as I worked on the project, and then after. Fast, quiet, efficient and a great price. I'd recommend this to anyone seeking this type of storage. My first computer had 8MB storage...and we wondered, at that time, what could ever take up that much space. Now I have a USB drive with over 160Gb of 3D software and files...whooda thunk it? Thanks, folks.

Suffering for ones art (kit)
This was purchased as a birthday gift for my wife of 31 years. It is exactly what she had been asking for at least two decades, and when I found this kit I was thrilled and bought her one immediately. And then it arrived.
During shipping, the product had obviously been treated badly. Upon opening the packaging, parts of the kit fell out of the box from where they had broken loose from the assembly. Then we opened the kit.
All they pastel crayons were shattered. Several tubes of the oil paints and the acrylic paints had ruptured and exploded all over the inside of the kit. I still have black oil paint under my thumbnail from trying to clean up the mess. I tried to contact the vendor about the possibility of replacement, but so far have heard nothing back. As I couldn't find the link to contact the vendor here, I had to put in these observations in another forum and hope they would see them. So far, no response.
Now I can't get the kit away from her to even try to return it. It was her birthday gift, and she says she'll keep it anyway and we can maybe fix the broken parts of the case with wood glue and light weight nails. I don't believe I should be forced to do so, but...
In general, good value, good starter kit, terrible shipping. I would recommend to the manufacturer they invest in some thin bubble or foam plastic to place on top of each section of the kit to further protect the contents.

Outstanding kitchen gadget
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the best kitchen tool I have bought in ages. I have literally either demonstrated or explained the process as there was no paperwork that came with it. It would be great to have the paperwork in order to know how to use it, and I had to figure it out by looking at pictures online. Thank you very much!
