  Resells dead hardware under the pretense that its basic software issue and on top of that charges scalper prices. Meanwhile, what you get is ewaste that has already been hacked open. I purchased this card because it was listed as having an issue not allowing drivers to be loaded, but getting display-out. What I received was a card with a dead GPU that someone else had already taken apart. Top it off seller has no return policy. Now it will take even more to fix this dead card. Stay away scalper!

  What are you talking about ? The description clearly said "GPU will post but will crash when drivers loaded." What part of that you didnt understand ?
