Cheap but effective.
1 of 1 found this helpful It is cheap. The price reflects the overall experience. The result is bright white which does not match the bath but is better than black or rusty metal. It adheres well after preparatory work with a fine wet and dry sandpaper. I am happy with the result as it saves buying and fitting a new bath.

A genuine part
I was delighted to find these blades for sale. I have been looking for them on and off for the last few years as they are said to be obsolete. A genuine part which means that my Stiga Biomax 3000W can live on for a few more years.

Difficult to use for tree and bush waste
Good points are: robust, heavy gauge metal and powerful. What I didn’t like were: difficult to fed branches with side growth due to the metal plate at the inlet to prevent hand intrusion. Smaller twigs and leaves build up in the inlet and can only be pushed through by a larger straight branch. Blew the fuse when a branch at the maximum size fed in. Reasonable value but frustrating to use.
