The antenna is loose even when tighten won't stand up straight.

Good condition
When I hook up the coverter box it got a good number of chaneles but when I turned up the volume I could berly hear it. I even tried it with the rca cables and I stil could not get much volume. I would like to add that the first converter box I ordered from you was great. It had great picture and great volume.

It works geat. I only had 3 usb connection on my laptop now I got 10 usb connections that's great thank you.
Nothing bad about the product like the blue lights when it turns on matches my laptop power on light.
