  The sender posted a heavy item with no support. One item was fine the second was snapped. A big bit of metal. I posted back at my cost with insurance which cost me £140 they said they would refund difference. I wanted £40 postage back as insurance was for my peace of mind. Never heard a word back. Very sad at there feed back as I feel they did it on purpose. Be careful of this seller.
