Knock off levers.
2 of 2 found this helpful Real Avid FR-5 levers are much higher in quality. Should not be marketed as Avid FR-5. Didn't notice in the add photos when purchasing, but the Avid logo is smaller and upside down compared to genuine Avid FR-5 levers. They may work ok, but they are not genuine.

I have this same cassette on my other wheelset, that's why I'm putting it on all my wheelsets. It just works!
