NOT SUITABLE FOR STUD WALL
This TV wall mount bracket is suitable for brick or other solid wall but is not suitable for timber or steel framed stud wall as the mounting plate is not of adequate width to cover the distance between wall studs, i.e. 600mm. The bracket would have to be screwed to 1 stud only resulting in excessive force on 1 stud ..... alternatively, a noggin would have to be installed between 2 studs behind the dry wall cladding & the wall plate screwed to the noggin. Of course, this would be a major exercise & therefore not practical. This item is not correctly advertised and/or designed.
