To Have and Have Not

I loved the movie. The chemistry between Bogart & Bacall is the great. The story is almost a remake of Casablanca. If you have to have a social message this isn't for you, but for entertainment in this era it's time well spent.

Amazing results

I'm 58 years old and still in good shape, but for the last 2 years I was always tight. I could get loose and was still able to do some hard labor, but in particular my hamstrings would tighten up very quickly. These workouts not only made me feel better almost immediately, but I was shocked at the conditioning I received. I've never believed in miracle cures, but instead have focused on the long term aspects of exercise, eating right, supplements and stretching. The results from these 22 minute sessions have been amazing. I'd forgotten what it's like to feel good and would highly recommend this to anyone who's decided they're not ready to act and feel old yet.
