Problem with mine, but fixable.
I use this with an Impact wall hook mount. I have another less expensive veridrive like this one I got off Amazon. I wanted this one because it came with a metal chain which is better than the plastic ones. The problem? The place where this IMPACT veridrive slips into the IMPACT wall mount is just to large to properly fit - so I spent about 20 minutes filing down the area (it’s some kind of very firm sturdy plastic) so that it would slide in appropriately. This was careful work, because I knew it would be problematic if I filed too much or changed the profile of the area. In the end, it now works fine as intended. However, the slight manufacturing issue could make this unusable if a customer didn’t go the extra length to troubleshoot and fix the defect. Maybe the issue is a one off, maybe not: I don’t know.
