Use realistically.
5 of 5 found this helpful The general add promises are just sales hype of course but when used realistically this is a superior saute pan. Use oil because its proper cooking and don't wash it while its hot and you'll love this pan. It heats up faster than the Granite stone pan and cooks very well. The only complaint might be that the handle gets hotter than other pans while cooking. Use a towel on the handle. First use emits a strange smell but it dissipates soon after.

Hard to clean up
Product works great and lasts a long time but it's terrible to clean up afterwards. It hardens into a glass that a wire brush won't even remove. When you wait until the metal is red and add it it cleans well and lets the filler material flow but the filler material flows like water and is difficult to control and nice looking puddle

Works well with adjustment.
1 of 1 found this helpful Use a pair of pliers on both sides to tighten since tightening by hand to a point it stays is too difficult. Use pliers and it will stay where you put it. For the cost, it works well enough.
