The two CPU's and heat-sink material arrived, exactly as pictured and both worked without problems.

A decent price for what appears to be a decent battery

I charged both batteries and afterwards installed into camera and got information from them. The Nikon displayed appropriate information so they appear to work. I will be doing some long term work shortly and will then know their lifetime in use. I was disappointed that thye did not have caps to protect the battery contacts.
